Phase 1 – Strategic Assessment Workshop (7 hours)
 

Objective:

- Evaluate digital maturity and data availability 
- Prioritize AI projects based on impact and complexity 
- Define a 12–24 month implementation roadmap

Deliverable: - Project prioritization map - Recommendation for initial pilot projects

Phase 2 – Technical AI Training for Manufacturing (21 hours)

Objective: 
- Understand Machine Learning fundamentals 
- Apply predictive models to industrial cases 
- Identify the necessary technology architecture

- Predictive maintenance 
- Forecasting and materials planning 
- Production optimization 
- Advanced analytics in quality 
- Design of assisted diagnosis systems

Phase 3 – Pilot Development Workshop (21 hours)

Objective: 
- Work with real company data 
- Develop an initial functional model (MVP) 
- Define a scaling plan

- Initial prototype
