Program Structure

Phase 1 – Strategic Evaluation Workshop (7 hours)
 

Objective:

- Evaluate digital maturity and data availability
- Prioritize AI projects based on impact and complexity
- Define a 12–24 month implementation roadmap

Deliverable: - Project prioritization map - Recommendations for initial pilots

Phase 2 – Technical Training in AI for Manufacturing (21 hours)

Objective: 
- Understand the fundamentals of Machine Learning
- Apply predictive models to industrial cases
- Identify necessary technological architecture

- Predictive maintenance
- Materials forecasting and planning
- Production optimization
- Advanced quality analytics
- Design of assisted diagnostic systems

Phase 3 – Pilot Development Workshop (21 hours)

Objective: 
- Work with real company data
- Develop an initial functional model (MVP)
- Define scaling plan

- Initial prototype
